With a block build lower floor, BWF pre fabricated delivered and erected 140mm timber frames with added external insulation to accurately sit over the lower floor and add two further levels, to make the most of the river views. The large build created a superb modern space with a glulam spanning across and a stunning vaulted ceiling.
The Western Red Cedar cladding had an unusal profile and fixing system, which used shadow gaps to create a really contemporary finish.
