Our methods of construction are manufacturing led, and carefully consider every element of the design and how this will translate into modern methods in construction.
We also collaborate with design teams when they have a client that wants to consider a range of construction options. We offer consultancy services to provide a detailed report demonstrating how our methods of construction offer a range of benefits without compromise to design.
Consultancy
Our consultancy services will provide a clear picture of the right way to deliver your project. We will demonstrate the various options, the risks and benefits of each option and advising on which option to follow. This can look like a simple procedure, but this requires years of experience delivering MMC to sites around the UK, to fully understand all of the implications.
Design
The natural place to start is with the design, however we know from experience that by using manufacturing design software, we can illuminate a whole range of issues before we move to fabrication stage. Our manufacture led approach starts with our design team combining their skill and knowledge with our manufacturing software SolidWorks.
Manufacturing
Building With Frames manufacture to meet the criteria of our BOPAS Accreditation, ISO standards and the client requirements for the specified product, To earn these accreditations and the good reputation for quality that Building With Frames have, requires a very skilled workforce, a close relationship with the design team and continuous development through the quality management system.
Delivery
We distribute across the UK, this means that whether you are based in London, Leeds, Llandudno or Lands’ End, we can bring your modular build to realisation transporting it directly to your site. Once your build is ready to leave the factory, we notify your project manager before completion.
Construction
Building With Frames have BOPAS Accreditation for the construction phase and onsite works and are able to use and apply this when working in collaboration with main contractors and clients.
