This super contemporary project comprising a block build lower floor which BWF built on with pre-fabricated 140mm timber frames.

The ready assembled panels provided a rapid onsite solution on a tricky site. This section added two further levels, to make the most of the river views and the vertical Cedar cladding had great visual impact complimenting the project and its surroundings.

The large build created a superb modern space with a glulam spanning across internally and a stunning vaulted ceiling.
