This Western Red Cedar clad contemporary hillside development in St Agnes, Cornwall proved a challenging site.

But using a timber frame system combining elements of off- site construction with some on site stick building, the site quickly progressed. The Modular buildings are striking and the large Alu clad windows and doors let in natural light and internally provide light and spacious rooms.
