A typical Cornish granite cottage underwent a substantial renovation and face lift extending the property with a pre-fabricated timber frame.
The timber frame extension was fully insulated with Actis and the SIPS roof created a vaulted ceiling. The exterior featured an unusual ‘Scandy’ style pop of red, using aluminium Clad Rationel windows. The extension was finished in Kiln dried Siberian Larch Cladding.
