Assisted Living accommodation for Greenwich Royal Borough Council

Greenwich Royal Borough Council recently commissioned Building with Frames to create an assisted living solution for young adult use.

The brief was detailed as an independent living unit to Net Zero for young people that have reached 17 years of age within the care system, to trial semi-independent living within the garden of the children’s home that they need to leave as they turn 17.

The entire project has been delivered and finished to turnkey standard, with interiors and furnishings included.  This home was completed in less than 6 months from concept to completion.

Stephen Boyd Managing Director, Building with Frames said of the project “We are delighted with the project and encouraged with the feedback from Greenwich Royal Borough Council”.

Stephen continues “We deliver projects throughout the UK, some housing projects are delivered in panelised kit form to site whilst others are pre-constructed in our factory and delivered as modules to site.  With this project we also prepared the groundworks, managed the design and entire project, to consolidate the works for the clients”.
