Job Description:  DESIGN & PRODUCTION MANAGER CO-ORDINATOR

Knowledge & experience are essential. CAD drawingSystems, Organisational skills, Communication skills, Construction knowledge, Experience in the timber frame industry.

Company Description Based in Truro Cornwall our production team is responsible for all off site pre fabrication and the manufacture of timber frames and SIPS packages. We undertake some in house design as well as out sourcing to selected designers with sound knowledge of the materials we use.

With many years of experience in the building trade and as one of the leading SIPS builders in the South West, the team at Building with Frames are well placed and equipped to manage projects from self-build through to larger commercial or residential projects throughout the country.

Our portfolio shows the breadth of projects the team has undertaken over the last few years. Building with Frames are driven by creating energy efficient, comfortable, inspiring structures and spaces. We supply-only solutions, through to a complete turnkey package .  As well as bespoke projects we offer SIPS Shell Boxes, a simple choice of four timber clad Box sizes are available flat packed, off shelf ready for delivery. Pre cut and fully designed Hemsec SIPS panels come with all the components to complete the build using an experienced trades person.

Finally the third element of the business is Cornwall cladding, we specialise in high quality, imported timber cladding and cedral click systems for small projects, self builders or larger developments. Canadian Western Red Cedar, kiln dried Siberian Larch and Scandinavian Thermowood D cladding are all available in a variety of profiles.
