A two week project based in Boscastle with SIPS frame shell only & internals & breather membrane.

With some clever engineering we achieved a 7.4m span roof , which gave a 5m vaulted ceiling, with no visible supporting timbers internally Mono pitched roof with overhangs, making the most of the rural views.

Comprising of a master bedroom with en-suite, plus additional bedroom and study. Giving the client a low carbon footprint off grid low cost home.
