The client required SIPS panels for the roof and walls to be supplied and installed over a Douglas Fir frame by Carpenter Oak .

The project was designed to fit in with and compliment the surrounding area. A challenging site for deliveries in the town centre, so SIPS provided an ideal framing method with high insulation levels and a rapid on site erect by the BWF team.

Western Red Cedar was supplied to complete the project and the install went smoothly. The link between the two businesses tied in together to ensure there was no break in the build process.
