Hayling Island – contemporary build super energy efficient

Super Insulated 252mm SIPS build with triple glazed Aura Plus Rationel windows and doors created an air tight shell.

With this project, built to watertight by the team at BWF, we almost achieved passive house level. The MVHR system installed moved the warmth around the home and ensured fresh air was pulled into the rooms.
